    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistant! In this Contract to permanent position, you will provide essential support to ensure efficient office operations, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to a detail-focused and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a dynamic office setting. This is a PART-TIME Administrative Assistant position averaging about 25-29 hours per week and fully onsite. The schedule can be flexible as far as the hours/days, however, it will need to fall between M-F: 8am-5pm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and maintaining records.

    • Answer inbound calls promptly, providing assistance and routing calls as needed.

    • Manage and organize data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a friendly and detail-focused reception.

    • Coordinate office activities to support smooth day-to-day operations.

    • Support various departments with administrative needs as they arise.

    • Order lunches and coordinate/organize meetings, lunch and learns, birthdays, etc.

    • Coordinate travel and car rental as necessary.

    • Manage and track fleet vehicles for mileage, maintenance, registration, etc.

    • Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for team members.

    • Create and update reports or documentation as required by management.

    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including monitoring office supplies.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in administrative assistance or related roles.

     

    • Proficiency in handling inbound calls with a detail-oriented approach.

    • Strong skills in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

    • Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Competency with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
