Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Poway, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and organization of company data while maintaining an attentive and efficient workflow. Responsibilities:

• Input and verify data accurately into company systems while adhering to established procedures.

• Perform data validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer information.

• Cross-reference data across multiple platforms to identify and correct discrepancies.

• Utilize provided tools, such as multi-screen setups, to enhance efficiency in data entry tasks.

• Organize and maintain digital records for easy retrieval and reference.

• Collaborate with team members to address data-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Support the migration of customer information to new platforms, ensuring clean and accurate data transfer.

• Follow company standards and guidelines to maintain consistency in data processing.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive customer and business information.

• Assist in compiling reports based on entered data as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.

• Proficiency in using computers and data entry software.

• Excellent typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with cross-referencing data and resolving discrepancies.

• Understanding of data security and confidentiality protocols.
