    Description

    We are looking for a personable and organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for guests at a leading hospitality property in Honolulu.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and assist guests and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive first impression.

    + Answer phones, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.

    + Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

    + Maintain reception area and lobby, ensuring tidiness and creating a welcoming environment.

    + Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues quickly.

    + Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing as required.

    + Support front office administration, including filing, updating guest records, and preparing reports.

    Requirements

    Desired Skills & Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles preferred.

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    + Proficiency with computer systems and reservation or POS software is a plus.

    + Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced environment.

    Location & Interview Requirements:

    + This role is onsite at our Honolulu location.

    + Preference is given to candidates currently residing in Hawaii.
