Description

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our dynamic team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This role is integral to driving strategic financial decisions, collaborating across departments, and ensuring accurate reporting to support business growth. The ideal candidate will excel in financial modeling, analysis, and fostering partnerships to enhance organizational performance.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with expertise in Adaptive Insights or similar tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage corporate financial planning processes and drive data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.

• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and initiatives.

• Knowledge of financial compliance, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements within financial operations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information effectively.
