Receptionist – As Needed / Saturday Support (Contract Project)

Schedule: Saturdays, as needed

Overview:

We’re partnering with a local organization seeking a friendly, reliable Receptionist to provide Saturday coverage on an as needed basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, staying organized, and keeping the front desk running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Answer incoming phone calls with a professional, welcoming tone

+ Take clear, accurate messages and route information to the appropriate contacts

+ Transfer calls efficiently to staff and departments

+ Provide general front desk support and greet visitors as needed

+ Assist with light filing and basic administrative tasks

+ Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

+ Strong communication and customer‑service skills

+ Comfortable managing a multi‑line phone system

+ Ability to stay organized and handle interruptions

+ Dependable, punctual, and professional

+ Prior reception or office experience

Schedule & Compensation:

+ Saturdays as needed
