Description

Robert Half is partnering with a national company seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support its in house legal team in West Palm Beach. This role is ideal for a detail oriented litigation paralegal who enjoys managing litigation matters, coordinating filings, and supporting attorneys in a fast-paced environment. Position provides a competitive compensation package plus full benefits, 401k contribution, and bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file court documents in state and federal courts

• Maintain litigation calendars and deadlines

• Support discovery and document production

• Draft summaries, chronologies, and correspondence

• Manage subpoenas and garnishments

• Conduct legal research as needed

• Partner with internal teams and outside counsel

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience in a law firm or in house legal team

• Associate’s degree, paralegal certificate and or bachelor’s degree highly preferred

• Knowledge of state and federal court rules

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and e filing systems

• Strong organization and attention to detail
