    We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial department and oversee all accounting operations. This role involves managing monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

    + Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.

    + Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other applicable laws.

    + Manage payroll processes and coordinate with payroll service providers.

    + Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

    + Provide tax and audit support, including preparation of workpapers and documentation.

    + Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning with company leadership.

    + Provide oversight, training, and mentorship to accounting staff.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in accounting, reconciliation, and month-end close processes.

    + Proficiency in financial reporting, financial statement preparation, and controller functions.

    + Experience with ERP systems, general ledger management, and journal entries.

    + 10 years of continuous experience in accounting, demonstrating subject matter expertise.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act as the go-to resource for accounting matters.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
