Job Details

The Lead Central Receiving Coordinator performs duties of the Central Receiving Coordinator while offering direction, supervision and guidance to the Central Receiving Department.

Responsibilities:

+ The Lead Central Receiving Coordinator maintains and coordinates registration

+ Accessioning, handling and grossing preparation of surgical specimens and laboratory inquiries

+ Coordinates specimen collection and processing for the hospital

+ Acts as a resource for hospital personnel regarding specimen procurement, testing resulting and problem solving

Requirements:

+ Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Experience in all phases of Central Receiving

+ Prior experience in hospital environment preferred

Salary Range

USD $25.98 - USD $28.68 /Hr.
