Job Title: Member Service Representative - Contact CenterJob Description
As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation that operates 24/7. You will provide information about our products and services, demonstrating your knowledge, active listening skills, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Additionally, you will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members of other products and services that may suit their needs.
Responsibilities
+ Respond to inquiries and requests from members and individuals in a high-volume contact center.
+ Provide information regarding products and services with active listening and adaptability.
+ Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
+ Advise members on additional products and services that meet their needs.
Essential Skills
+ Customer service experience
+ Data entry proficiency
+ Experience in a call center environment
+ Ability to handle high volume calls
+ Compliance with policies and procedures
+ Adaptability to a structured environment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, professional, or high-volume retail environment

Work Environment
The Contact Center operates 24/7/365, ensuring availability for members worldwide. We prioritize work-life balance, allowing you to choose a shift that suits your personal and family life with reasonable flexibility. Shifts may vary within a one-hour window, requiring 9.5 hours of availability per day. Breaks and meals are scheduled, and you will manage back-to-back inbound calls for extended periods, up to four hours before your next break. The position may require a hybrid/onsite work arrangement.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
