Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a high-touch support team for a top-tier client. This role involves handling a wide range of customer service tasks, including phone and email support for fleet drivers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
This is not a typical call center role—our focus is on delivering exceptional service and problem-solving rather than rushing through calls. Professionalism, resourcefulness, and strong communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide comprehensive support for fleet-related inquiries, including vehicle ordering and issue resolution.
+ Respond to high-volume emails and cases, ensuring accurate documentation in real time.
+ Make occasional outbound calls for follow-ups and missing information.
+ Utilize internal systems (CARE) to track and resolve issues.
+ Perform data-related tasks such as creating vehicle selectors, processing billing changes, generating reports, and updating driver data.
+ Use Excel functions (including VLOOKUP) to organize and analyze data.
Top Skills:
+ Customer service experience (2+ years in an office environment).
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
+ Salesforce experience preferred.
+ Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems.
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
+ Excel proficiency (formatting and basic pivot tables).
+ Professional demeanor for video meetings (Teams).
+ Must pass background check, drug test, and education verification.
Schedule:
+ Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.
+ 1-hour lunch (unpaid) and two 15-minute breaks.
+ Overtime opportunities available.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schaumburg, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
