Control Operator II

We are looking for:

A reliable and detail-oriented Control Operator who will responsible for operating equipment in a safe and appropriate manner and to run products within approved specifications and quality.

We count on you for:

+ The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: § Demonstrate mastery in operating Production Lines§ Troubleshoot Production Lines§ Use the ERP (Enterprise resource planning) System as required in the execution of their job duties§ Use the Quality Issue Tracking System as required in the execution of their job duties§ Use other computer programs (e.g. Excel) as required in the execution of their job duties§ Assist Process Engineering as required§ Assist Improvement Teams as required

You will bring:

+ High School Diploma OR GED Equivalent

+ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude

+ Effective communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

+ Able to take verbal directions

+ Understand written procedures

+ Understand Physical and Quality Requirements

+ Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Conditions (S.O.C.), Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.), etc.

You will get:

+ Competitive salary and benefits package

+ The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $28.91 an hr. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.

+ 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations

+ Access to a training platform for all employees
