    This position is based in Schiller Park, IL. Temporary housing is not provided for this role.

     

    Key Job Responsibilities

    Customer Marketing Support & Campaign Execution

    + Independently lead one client-direct campaign, from planning to execution and reporting.

    + Assist in developing customer case studies and marketing assets that showcase Encore’s value and impact.

    + Support customer events and industry relations activities in partnership with the IR team.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    + Partner with Sales teams (GSO, production sales, field sales) and the Industry Relations team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

    + Work with the integrated marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns and brand initiatives.

    Brand Activation

    + Contribute to the development and implementation of brand campaign, ensuring messaging aligns with Encore’s positioning.

    Measurement & Reporting

    + Track and report on campaign metrics and project outcomes.

    + Support brand campaign performance analysis, providing insights to improve future initiatives.

    + Assist in developing performance dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.

    Job Qualifications

    + Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    + Interest in brand strategy, campaign management, and customer marketing.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

    + Familiarity with AI tools and email marketing platforms is a plus.

    + Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.

    Hourly Pay Range: $19.99 - $20.00

     

    The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
