    Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Driver – Non-CDL

     

    Syracuse, NY $22–$29/hr | Mon–Fri | Local Routes

     

    Deliver and merchandise ice cream to local retail stores. No sales quotas—stores/reps write orders.

     

    Why This Role • Start at $22/hr (training rate) with structured growth up to $29/hr• Local routes only – home daily• Monday–Friday schedule• Flexible start times (set with your leader)• Performance-based opportunity to complete weekly route in 4 days• Busy summers, lighter schedules outside peak season

     

    What You’ll Do • Deliver frozen products to assigned accounts• Stock shelves, organize backstock, maintain freezer displays• Build positive relationships with store teams• Work independently with strong team support

     

    What We’re Looking For • Non-CDL drivers• Delivery, route, or merchandising experience preferred• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in cold environments• Reliable, safety-focused, customer-oriented
