We are currently hiring our next Sr. Logistics Analyst, working out of either Hopkins, MN, or Marshall, MN. You will be responsible for conducting and assisting in moderate to complex logistics analysis projects. The position supports efficient freight and/or route execution activities that ultimately enable high-quality customer experiences.
What You Will Do:
+ Develop business tools and models that enable company Leadership to deliver upon its financial and strategic goals.
+ Provide observations to team leaders via reporting and insights.
+ Analyze, validate, manipulate, and interpret complex data from cross functional partners to develop solutions and optimization opportunities.
+ Perform analysis of new logistics concepts and develops cost/benefit analysis, balancing tradeoffs between customer needs and costs.
+ Lead complex initiatives that have multiple interdependencies and cross functional implications.
+ Recommend and analyze KPIs on business metrics to support the needs of the business.
+ Support cross-functional planning to and gathers key data to align on solutions that meet customer and business needs.
+ Create queries and reports based on the needs of both inter- and intra- departmental requests, performs analysis, and makes recommendations based on complex and diverse data.
What We Look For:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent
+ 5+ years of experience
+ Intermediate PC skill including Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skill in Excel and SAPBW
+ Proficiency in the use of freight or route modeling software, tools and techniques
+ Advanced ability to detect trends in data, development of financial metrics and comparative analysis, construct and effectively present presentations to a wide variety of audiences.
+ Proven broad business knowledge and organizational awareness.
+ technologically savvy in order to drive effective means of reporting critical business.
What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is $73,500 to $122,500 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
