Starting Pay: $40 - $45 per hour Shift: Rotating Hours: 6am-3pm, 8am-5pm, 2pm-11pm, 10pm-6am

This is a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement!

What You Will Do:

+ Lead preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of conveyor systems and production machinery to ensure continuous, efficient plant operations.

+ Execute major equipment repairs, fabrication, construction, and installation projects, including welding to food-safe standards and precise mechanical assembly.

+ Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues through detailed inspection, use of precision measuring tools, and interpretation of mechanical schematics.

+ Fabricate and maintain critical plant components such as guards, doors, steps, shafts, sprockets, and mounting brackets using lathes, metal sheers, benders, and welding equipment.

+ Provide training and guidance to production teams on maintenance best practices to reduce downtime and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

What You Will Bring:

+ High school diploma or GED; two-year degree in specialized maintenance trade preferred.

+ 5+ years of related experience. Operating knowledge of machine shop related equipment, CNC programming and welding experience preferred.

+ Advanced mechanical knowledge, electrical and basic to advanced building skills

+ Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment.

+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
