    Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

    $16.00 - $16.00 / hour

    What will you do?

     

    + Oversee all opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning

    + Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training

    + Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations

    + Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

    More about you

    + No experience working in a restaurant required

    + Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferred

    + Must be able to implement rules and direct employees

    + Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment

    + No college degree required

    Physical requirements

    + Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

    + Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally

    + May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
