What will you do?

+ Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

+ Coordinate and manage the production of marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality materials are delivered on time.

+ Assist in the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and websites.

+ Support the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and materials needed for marketing initiatives.

+ Manage the scheduling and coordination of marketing activities, including calendar planning.

+ Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks.

+ Provide administrative support, including data entry and maintaining marketing databases.

+ Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

+ Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives.

More about you

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

+ Proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role is a plus.

+ Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences and being on camera.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

+ Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.

+ Must be able to obtain a state gaming license.

+ Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be required.
