Paws Up Montana is seeking an In-Home Dining Driver. The Driver provides support for the dining operations in our Main Village including the tracking and input of in-home dining orders, guest delivery of food and beverage items, resetting guest dining spaces in homes, and contributing to a strong team-oriented mindset.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities
+ Operates a company vehicle to transport food, beverages, and supplies around the Resort.
+ Ensures alcohol inventory and delivery is completed and tracked.
+ Removes food, plateware, silverware and glassware and resets guest dining area in the home.
+ Ensures the care and maintenance of In-Home Dining tools, vehicles, and resources.
+ Assists the service team with crucial side work and basic guest food and beverage needs.
+ Monitors’ daily arrivals and ensures accommodations are prepared prior to check-in.
+ Completes daily checklist including but not limited to cleaning, stocking, and inspecting In-Home Dining vehicles.
+ Completes other tasks assigned by Food and Beverage Managers.
Supportive Functions and Responsibilities
+ Remains flexible with open availability to cover business needs of the Resort.
+ Takes personal ownership of all feedback and requests.
+ Anticipates all logistical needs and resolves any potential issues.
+ Maintains thorough knowledge of inventory items, PAR levels, daily checklist, and Resort facilities.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and all other Resort programs in order to effectively communicate internally and externally across the Resort.
+ Completes other tasks as needed around the Resort.
Educational, Experience, Licensure Required
+ High School Diploma, GED or Vocational Training or job-related training to course at work
+ Valid State Driver’s License
+ Knowledge of world class hospitality and service
+ Proficient ability and prioritizing workload throughout day
+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Has friendly and professional manner under periods of high demands and with guests , team members, and management
