What You Will Get to Do:

Work collaboratively with the Production team by assisting with a variety of manufacturing processes including:

+ Conduct time studies

+ Identifying and implementing new and innovative manufacturing processes

+ Resolving process-related inefficiencies and championing process improvement project

+ Troubleshooting and perform root-cause analysis

+ Analysis of statistical process analysis on new and existing products

+ Provide support of existing processes

+ Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with at least two (2) years of completed college/university study

+ Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD or similar modeling software

+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes and general understanding

+ Ability to manage and drive projects to completion
