Job Overview

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a **Yard Manager** for a locally owned concrete company in **Dyersville, IA** . This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, mechanical ability, and experience overseeing yard or construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee daily yard operations, including material handling and equipment organization

+ Supervise yard staff to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance

+ Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and material staging for ongoing projects

+ Maintain inventory of concrete products and materials

+ Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational

Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in construction, concrete, or yard operations preferred

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

+ Ability to operate forklifts and other yard equipment

+ Reliable, safety-focused, and able to lift up to 75 lbs
