**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking multiple **Supply Chain Management Analysts** ( **Level 4** ) to join our **Functional Excellence team** supporting BCA programs. This role can be based in **Everett, WA; Auburn, WA or North Charleston, SC.** Some domestic travel between Boeing sites and suppliers may be required.
As a **Supply Chain Management** **Analyst** **(** **SCMA)** you will apply standard Supply Chain knowledge/processes, data analysis, and supply/demand troubleshooting to optimize supply chain processes across the BCA supply chain organization and shape the future.
Position Responsibilities:

+ Leverage strong knowledge of SupplyChainManagement processes to drive improvementswithin our ERP systems, supportSupply Chain Management Analyst (SCMA)community, and translate business requirements into testable acceptance criteria
+ Responsible for overseeing, documenting, implementing, training, andmaintainingprocesses owned by team.
+ Lead cross functional teams; present analysis, project plans, and status to stakeholders and leadership. Own end to end business process knowledge for assigned workstream(s) and articulate stakeholder impacts across adjacent functions
+ Act as the knowledge owner and process authority for assigned workstream(s), responsible for defining business intent, final decisions on process design, and signoff ofapproved workarounds.
+ Produce and approve future state process maps, RACI, and process acceptance criteria. Review/approvehigh risktest scripts andparticipatein UAT/Realize execution.
+ Act as senior translator between business SMEs and SAP functional teams; ensure feasibility and propose system centric alternatives.
+ Support cutover strategy inputs,high riskcutover steps, andhypercareescalation for complex issues.
+ Mentor Level 3 SCMAs and support capacity planning for test/migration activities.
+ Maintain and report on KPIs for process readiness, decisionlatencyand top scenario test coverage.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus quickly.
Basic Qualifications** ( **Required Skills** / **Experience):
+ 8+ years supply chain domain experience withdemonstratedprocess ownership; experience across demand, supply planning, inventory, or scheduling.
+ 8+ years of experience in SupplyChainManagement Analystora combination ofSCMA/Operations Procurement Agentexperience
+ 8+ years of experience workingwith ERP systems
+ 5+years experiencein data analysis and visualization in Excel
+ 3+ years leading projects or process improvement initiatives
+ 3+years experiencein executive level presentations – Both developing presentation materialinPowerpointand reporting out
+ Must be willing to travelto other Boeing locations or suppliers as needed
**Preferred Qualifications** ( **Desired Skills** / **Experience** ):
+ Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, SupplyChainor related field
+ 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 3+ years of experience in Project Management role or managing cross-functional projects
+ 1+ years of experience working in a production/manufacturing environment
+ Experience ordering and scheduling 787 Partner Managed Inventory or Supplier Banked Material
+ Experience working in SAP, and/or in SAP /ERP Implementations
+ Experience developing and managing metrics / KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
+ Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
+ Systems thinking, critical analysis, and continuous improvement mindset

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Everett, WA:
Summary pay range (Level 4): $120,600 - $140,700
Auburn, WA:
Summary pay range (Level 4): $120,600 - $140,700
North Charleston, SC:
Summary pay range (Level 4): $112,500 - $131,250
