Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Everett, Washington. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounts payable processes, with the ability to handle a high volume of transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage vendor payables, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

• Handle invoice coding and reconciliation for a high volume of transactions weekly.

• Utilize software tools such as Tipalti and Ramp to streamline accounts payable workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and address discrepancies.

• Assist in developing and implementing efficient workflows and procedures for the accounts payable team.

• Manage credit card payments and resolve any issues related to vendor transactions.

• Perform data analysis using Excel tools such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all accounts payable activities.

• Support the onboarding of suppliers and manage vendor-related documentation.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to entry level team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

• Proficiency in accounts payable software, preferably Tipalti or Ramp.

• Strong knowledge of invoice coding, reconciliation, and vendor payment processes.

• Ability to handle high transaction volumes, processing 200+ invoices weekly.

• Experience with Excel tools such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with departments.

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments and vendor management.
