    Job Title: Spot Welder

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Spot Welder to join our team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating spot welders, reading and interpreting blueprints, and using precision measuring instruments to ensure all parts meet quality standards. You will communicate respectfully with all levels of staff.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in spot welding.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in MIG, TIG, and robotic welding.

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment consists of two buildings – one dedicated to paint and the other to welding and fabrication. The facility maintains a very good workflow and is kept exceptionally clean, with cleaning conducted after every shift.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Michael, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $28.00/hr.
