    + Connect with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection and buying process

    + Present product features, benefits, and finance options clearly and confidently

    + Build long‑term relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow‑up

    + Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and training to maintain your edge

    + Take ownership of your goals and celebrate your wins with a supportive, high‑performing team

    Qualifications:

    + Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required

    + Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

    + A motivated, goal‑oriented mindset with the desire to succeed

    + Professionalism, integrity, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others

    + A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
