    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services, maintaining inventory accuracy, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to meet business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

    + Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

    + Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

    + Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation expenses.

    + Utilize logistics software to track shipments and manage inventory effectively.

    + Prepare and present reports on logistics performance metrics to management.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    + 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination with 1 year experience in Customer service or client facing roles

    + Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

    + Strong knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management principles.

    + Proficiency in logistics software

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, with the ability to produce reports and conduct analysis

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Experience with ERP software (such as SAP), is preferred

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions, is preferred

    Worksite:

    + The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey

    + The role requires working on-site: Monday thru Thursday. Work from home/remotely on a rotating Friday schedule.

    + Summer Fridays between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend

    + The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00. PIM Brands takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
