    The Sand Blasting Technician is responsible for the process for removing contaminants from a surface or finishing a surface using abrasive blast media. The Sand Blasting Technician will perform a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of whole body for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials . Maintenance experience a plus!

    Responsibilities:

    + R emov e contaminants from a surface or finish a surface using abrasive blast media .

    + Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Some experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred

    + Maintenance experience a plus

    + Dependable, punctual, and hardworkin g

    + Forklift driver a plus , but not required

    + Willingness to learn and adapt
