DISCOVER SUMMER CAMP TEACHER

OVERVIEW:

FIRST POSSIBLE DATE OF HIRE: JANUARY 22, 2026

COMPENSATION: Hourly wage as follows for 22-42 hours based on class enrollment

Applicants currently CRCSD contracted employees: Per Diem or $35.00/hour, whichever is higher

All other applicants: $35.00/hour

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teach Discover Summer Camp Classes to 3rd to 5th grade elementary students

Prepare lesson plans for designated Discover Summer Camp Class

TIME TABLE:

Teaching June 15, 2026 – June 26, 2026; Opening meeting June 11, 2026

Class sessions will run 8:30-10:15 and 10:15-11:50, Monday thru Friday, except no school on Friday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth.

Teachers will be expected to be on site from 8:00 - 12:30
