    Join Kadlec Clinic as a full-time Urologist in its well-established Urology practice in Richland, Washington. This is a great opportunity to perform a broad range of general Urology procedures alongside a dedicated, collaborative team.     * Full-time position, 4.5-day work week

    * 1:4 call, 6 days per month

    * Join 2 physicians and 4 APPs with support staff

    * Great support and mentorship available

    * Kadlec has 2 robots, Urogynecology, and Aquablation available

    * Experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply

    * Compensation is between $475,843 and $631,513 per year

    * Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available

    * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
