Overview

The IT Mobility Analyst is responsible for deploying, managing, and supporting mobile applications and devices, including updates, troubleshooting, and end-user support. This role also maintains mobile infrastructure, collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve performance, and ensures compliance with security policies and lifecycle management standards.

Responsibilities

+ Deploy, manage, and maintain mobile applications, including updates, patches, and version control.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and app deployment.

+ Support the architecture, engineering, maintenance, and operation of the MDM platform and related infrastructure.

+ Respond to and resolve end-user support requests related to mobile devices and applications.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that enhance mobile performance and reliability.

+ Develop and maintain documentation for mobile device and application management processes.

+ Manage endpoint lifecycle activities, including feature updates and system upgrades.

+ Partner with the IT Security team to enforce and maintain mobile security policies and procedures.

+ Perform other duties as assigned to support mobility infrastructure and user experience.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience

+ Experience in mobile device management, mobile application management, and mobile app deployment.

+ Experience with mobile management platforms including MobileIron and Microsoft Intune.

+ Driver’s license

+ Mobility Related Technical Certifications preferred

+ Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android.

+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Ability to travel up to 15%
