    What We Are Looking** **For

The Bagging Associate plays a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient packaging and distribution of sustainable waste recycling products to support retail, wholesale, and emergency response needs. This entry-level position fits within the operations team, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, and does not involve managing people. The role's purpose is to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment, directly impacting our commitment to environmental sustainability and operational efficiency. Success in the first 12 months looks like mastering the automated bagging system and forklift operations, consistently meeting inventory and quality control targets, contributing to a clean and safe work area, and demonstrating reliability as a positive team player with minimal supervision required.

    What You Will Do

+ Safely operate an automated bagging system to package products efficiently.

+ Operate forklifts in warehouse settings and off-road environments as needed.

+ Perform other duties as needed to support team and operational goals.

+ At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.

+ Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire.

+ Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

    What to Expect

In this hands-on role as a Bagging Associate, you'll join a dynamic operations team focused on sustainable waste recycling, where your daily efforts directly contribute to efficient product packaging and distribution for retail, wholesale, and emergency response support. Expect a fast-paced warehouse environment with constant exposure to dust, dirt, and mechanical equipment, requiring you to operate automated bagging systems, forklifts (both indoors and off-road), manage inventory, maintain quality control, count pallets and bags, and keep your work area clean and safe. You'll work standard shifts, including weekends or overtime during peak periods, with no travel required but opportunities for cross-training in related areas. The position demands physical stamina, as you'll frequently stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle materials in varying weather conditions, all while adhering to safety protocols and wearing PPE. Success comes from being a reliable, detail-oriented team player who adapts quickly, meets productivity goals within the first few months, and builds expertise in our product line over the year. While the role doesn't involve managing others, you'll collaborate closely with warehouse staff in a mission-driven culture that values initiative and urgency.
