    The Batch Production Operator is responsible for preparing and mixing dry ingredients in a food manufacturing facility. This role involves handling large quantities of ingredients and operating industrial mixers, and ensure the prepared mixtures are correctly transported to the production line.

     

    1. **A Shift:** 7am-3pm ($19.43)

    2. **B Shift:** 3pm-11pm ($20.60)

    3. **C Shift:** 11pm-7am ($20.60)

    4. **Day Shift:** 7am-7pm ($19.43)

    5. **Night Shift:** 7pm-7am ($20.60)

    6. All shifts are Monday-Friday, with some Saturday work required.

    Pay Rate: $19.43 - $20.60 / hour

    Duties:

    1. Measure and mix dry ingredients according to production recipes and specifications.

    2. Safely lift and handle large sacks of ingredients and transport them to mixing stations.

    3. Operate industrial mixers and other equipment used in the blending process.

    4. Shovel mixed ingredients into carts and transport them to the production line for further processing.

    5. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of mixing and production areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

    6. Troubleshoot any machine malfunctions or operational issues.

    7. Maintain accurate records of ingredients used and batch production details.

    Position Requirements:

    1. Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is preferred.

    2. Ability to lift heavy sacks of ingredients and perform physical tasks associated with the role.

    3. Familiarity with operating industrial mixing equipment and handling bulk materials.

    4. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production recipes accurately.

    5. Good organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.

    6. Relevant experience in batch production or a similar role is preferred.

    7. Machine and mechanical knowledge a plus

    8. Must be able to work standing for up to eight (8) hours per day. Saturday work may be required.

    9. Working knowledge of key safety disciplines, such as LOTO, PPE, and machine guarding.

    10. Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, and turn regularly.

    11. Ability to regularly use ladders and stairs.

     

    Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

    The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.43 - $20.60 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
