Staff Management | SMX is hiring Warehouse Packaging Associates in Pittsburgh, PA! In this role, you will be responsible for packing, palletizing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is an essential position that requires a high level of attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining safety standards. This position is a full-time position, and the shift and pay are as follows:
Monday - Friday
1. **1st / A Shift:** 7:00am - 3:00pm ($15.53/hour)
2. **2nd / B Shift:** 3:00pm - 11:00pm ($16.46/hour)
3. **3rd / C Shift:** 11:00pm - 7:00am ($16.46/hour)
4. **Day Shift:** 7:00am - 7:00pm ($15.53/hour)
5. **Night Shift:** 7:00pm - 7:00am ($16.46/hour)

Pay Rate: $15.53 - $16.46 / hour
Duties:
1. Prepare and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring items are correctly sorted, labeled, and packaged for shipment.
2. Lift, carry, and stack 10-20 lb boxes, often picking up 2-3 boxes at a time and placing them onto pallets.
3. Properly stack pallets to ensure safe and organized shipping of products.
4. Wrap finished pallets securely for shipment.
5. Perform routine checks to ensure product quality and accuracy.
6. Maintain a fast-paced work environment while meeting production goals and deadlines.
7. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Stand, bend, and reach throughout the entire shift, performing repetitive motions.

Position Requirements:
This is an entry level labor position. Requirements are as follows but not limited to:
1. Ability to stand on your feet for the duration of your shift
2. Must have reliable transportation
3. Must be able to read, write and speak English
4. Ability to lift, carry, and stack boxes weighing 10-20 lbs consistently.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
6. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
7. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 20 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.53 - $16.46 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
