    Group Details

     

    As a Regulatory Reporting Manager within the Data Governance and Regulatory Reporting team at Tradeweb, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and strategic decision-making for regulatory reporting across North America and APAC. Your proficiency in both data and financial analysis will be instrumental in developing business & technical processes around reporting, ensuring consistency and efficiency in execution. Additionally, you will contribute to timeline creation, road mapping automation efforts, data quality checks and actual delivery of data. Reporting to the Head of Data Governance and Regulatory Reporting, you will serve as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving continuous improvement efforts and ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Through your strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement, you will facilitate effective collaboration and drive project success, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Lead engagements with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for regulatory obligations and translate them into data requirements.

    + Own end-to-end regulatory reporting for assigned jurisdictions, including interpretation of regulatory requirements in partnership with Compliance and Legal.

    + Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory reporting requirements impacting electronic trading venues.

    + Support internal and external audits, regulatory exams, and ad hoc regulatory inquiries related to reporting.

    + Document business processes and workflows, utilizing tools such as Lucid or PowerPoint, to create clear and concise visual representations that facilitate understanding and collaboration across teams.

    + Create various regulatory reports from data using a combination of SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, Snowflake, Collibra etc. that meet business needs.

    + Collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders to ensure consistency on reporting, validate data and create automation roadmaps.

    + Assist in timeline creation and road mapping for all regulatory reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support project planning and execution.

    + Serve as a strong communicator, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, to facilitate effective collaboration and ensure project success.

    + Drive continuous improvement efforts within the regulatory reporting function, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that regulatory requirements are integrated into business processes and systems, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

    + A minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in data program management, data reporting/visualization or financial/regulatory reporting.

    + Demonstrated proficiency in requirement gathering, data analysis, and documentation, preferably within a financial or data-intensive environment.

    + Familiarity with project management methodologies.

    + Proficient knowledge of SQL, Python and Excel is required.

    + Previous experience with Collibra, JIRA, Monday and Confluence, or similar tools, is highly beneficial.

    + Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.

    + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    + Strong problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving issues.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

    + The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $145,000 - $205,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
