PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a top leader in electronics manufacturing, is seeking a **Kitter** for **1st shift (Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM)** in **Richardson, Texas** . This role plays a vital part in ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently — helping deliver high-quality products that make an impact worldwide.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    As a Kitter, you’ll perform a variety of material handling and inventory control tasks to support the manufacturing of printed circuit boards and related products. Your attention to detail and reliability will ensure materials are accurate, organized, and ready when production needs them.

    Daily Responsibilities:

    + Receive, count, and stock raw materials with accuracy.

    + Ensure correct labeling, shelf life tracking, and stock rotation.

    + Inspect and validate returned materials and warranty items.

    + Complete detailed inventory transactions in material tracking systems.

    + Prepare, package, and configure material kits for production or customer shipment.

    + Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, scales, and forklifts.

    + Deliver materials to production and shipping areas as needed.

     

    What You’ll Bring

    Required:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + 2–4 years of related material handling or warehouse experience.

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.

    + Basic math and computer skills.

    + Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

    Preferred:

    + Experience in electronics manufacturing or kitting environments.

    + Forklift certification or ability to become certified.

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
