Summary:

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the energy efficiency industry to bring free energy-saving solutions to customers across Florida. We’re looking for **Field Service Technicians** in the **Orlando area** who are passionate about hands-on work, customer service, and making a positive impact. This role is essential in helping homeowners reduce energy consumption and qualify for additional efficiency services.

Pay & Perks:

+ **Pay Rate:** $19/hour

+ **Travel Benefits:** Hotel accommodations arranged and paid by the company, plus food reimbursement while traveling

+ **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (occasional Saturdays; flexible 4-day work weeks possible)

+ **Contract:** Up to 24 months

+ **Bonuses:** Production, Safety, and QA bonuses possible

Key Responsibilities:

+ Install energy-efficient products in residential homes (LED bulbs, low-flow aerators, showerheads, insulation jackets, pipe insulation, foam sealant, etc.)

+ Educate customers on reducing electrical consumption and saving money

+ Accurately report installation measures and quality metrics

+ Document safety issues and communicate with management

+ Safely operate company-provided work trucks/box vans

+ Participate in neighborhood kickoff events

+ Travel throughout Florida (approximately 60% travel time)

Required Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Valid Driver’s License (Pre-employment MVR required; MVR run every 6 months)

+ Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work independently or with a partner

+ Ability to travel overnight during the work week **Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Cable/Satellite Installation, Alarm Installation, HVAC, energy efficiency, or construction

+ Ability to speak Spanish (desired but not required)

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
