PDS Tech Commercial Inc is looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Richardson, Texas! In this role, you will be integral to the assembly of high-quality mechanical systems that help drive innovation across a range of industries.

**Shift:** 1st - working 7:15am-4pm Mon-Fri

**Pay:** $19/hour

About the Role

As a Mechanical Assembler at PDS Tech Commercial, you'll play a key role in assembling network racking systems, ensuring that each unit is built to perfection. Working in pairs, you’ll focus on precision and quality, making sure that every part meets our high standards. Your work will directly impact the success of our enterprise and service provider market operations.

Key Responsibilities

+ **Assembly & Precision:** Assemble mechanical parts, sub-assemblies, and final products, ensuring accuracy according to technical specifications.

+ **Blueprint Interpretation:** Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions for proper assembly processes.

+ **Quality Assurance:** Perform quality checks on finished products to meet industry standards.

+ **Problem Solving:** Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring smooth operations.

+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members, including engineering, logistics, and quality control, for efficient assembly.

+ **Safety First:** Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

+ **Continuous Improvement:** Suggest process enhancements and participate in best practices implementation.

Required Qualifications

+ Experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.

+ Strong understanding of mechanical principles and assembly techniques.

+ Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

+ Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments

+ High school diploma or equivalent (must provide copy of diploma/degree or transcripts).

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
