Founded in 1921, Straub Benioff Medical Center includes a 159-bed hospital in Honolulu, a network of neighborhood clinics and a visiting specialist program that reaches throughout the state of Hawai'i. With over 200 physicians who are leaders in their fields, Straub provides its patients with diagnoses and treatments for more than 32 different medical specialties, including bone and joint, heart, cancer, endocrinology/diabetes, family medicine, gastroenterology, geriatric medicine, internal medicine, vascular and urology. Straub is home to the Pacific Region’s only multidisciplinary burn treatment center. The hospital consistently brings new technologies and innovative medical practices to Hawai'i, such as minimally invasive cardiac surgery and total joint replacement.

The Straub Doctors On Call program provides quality health care in Waikiki to both residents and visitors. We offer a broad range of non-emergency medical care at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, including 24-hour physician services, laboratory and X-ray imaging. In addition, Doctors On Call offers a full spectrum of occupational health services such as physical examinations, drug tests, worker's compensation care and immunizations. Our physicians are assisted by a full staff of nurses, accredited technicians and patient service representatives who are fluent in Japanese and English.

As the Medical Review Officer Assistant (MROA), you will form an integral part of our Doctors on Call program and help to deliver quality health care services to residents and visitors in the Waikiki area. In this role, you will collate reports, documents and files pertaining to drug screening results and provide education to clients within department guidelines. We are looking for someone fresh and engaging, with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

**Minimum Qualifications:** Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Two (2) years of clinic experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:** Medical Review Officer – Assistant (MRO-A) Certification through the Medical Review Officer Certification Council (MROCC). Certified Professional Collector Trainer (CPCT). Designated Employer Representative (DER) Trainer Certification. Substance Abuse Program Administrator (SAPA) Certification.
