Role Definition

Strategic consultant who works with business parters to design, develop, and produce functional HR communications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

+ Serve as a strategic communications advisor to business partners, helping translate complex information into compelling strategies and deliverables.

+ Design and produce high-quality communications and media from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clarity.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

+ Support HR strategy execution by crafting communications that enhance the employee experience and drive engagement with key initiatives.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

**Organizational Communications** **:** Knowledge of techniques and media for organizational communication; ability to utilize relevant tools to communicate information about the organization internally and externally.

**Effective Communications** : Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

**Planning: Tactical, Strategic** **:** Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

**Interpersonal Relationships:** Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

**Initiative** : Being proactive and committing to action on self-identified job responsibilities and challenges; ability to seek out work and the drive to accomplish goals.

WHAT YOU WILL ALSO HAVE:

+ Degree or equivalent experience desired

+ Communicator with HR experience would be a plus

+ Strong tech acumen – Leveraging AI, Solid PPT skills – ability to take ideas and represent them visually

+ Multi-media content creation a plus (video, etc.)

+ Strong strategically, takes initiative and self-starter. Big-picture thinker, highly collaborative who builds trust with stakeholder / business parters.

+ Combine strategic insight with execution.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

+ The primary location for this position is Irving, TX

+ Domestic relocation assistance is available.

+ Sponsorship is not available.

+ This role requires the candidate to be in-office Monday to Friday.

+ Travel will be approximately 5%

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
