Overview
This position will work as a member of the Facilities Management team, assisting the team with creating an inviting, pleasant, and safe environment for employees and guests. The Facilities Coordinator will work independently and participate in projects, with a wide variety of administrative and coordination responsibilities.
Responsibilities
+ Assign and monitor progress of Service Now tickets
+ Work closely with the maintenance team, ensuring they are kept informed of updates and changes
+ Manage, triage, and respond to inquiries to the Facilities Helpdesk
+ Respond to employee inquiries; provide information, resolve problems, and escalate as necessary
+ Provide backup support for locker assignments, moves, and locker database
+ Purchase office supplies
+ Create signage for offices, conference rooms, meetings, etc
+ Act as liaison for coffee/Bevi vendor
+ Assist with small and large, internal and external moves
+ Conference room booking
+ Requires flexibility and willing to stay late and work weekends as needed
+ Requires a strong collaborator who communicates effectively, takes direction well, and asks questions when needed.
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
+ Excellent customer service, and communication skills
+ Ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external groups
+ Experience working in a rapid and complex changing environment
+ Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
+ Enthusiastic and creative team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
+ Demonstrate ability to multi-task and manage multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously
+ High degree of energy, motivation and dedication to quality and excellence
+ Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Experience in Adobe Pro a plus
Additional information
**Annual compensation: $57,000.** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
