    Starting pay for the market:** **$30 - 40 /hr +

     

    **Location:** Worcester, MA

    **Schedule:** 6 PM – 9 PM evening shift Monday–Friday (3 hours/day)

    **Job Type:** Part-Time

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced **Master Auto Technician (ASE Certified preferred)** to support evening maintenance and repair operations. This role is ideal for a senior tech looking for **extra hours** , or a **retired/semi-retired technician** wanting flexible, part-time work.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on delivery vans and DOT-regulated vehicles

    + Complete scheduled **preventative maintenance** and routine inspections

    + Conduct brake services, fluid exchanges, and general repair work

    + Support overflow tasks during the evening shift

    + Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety standards

    Requirements

    + **2+ years of automotive technician experience**

    + **ASE Certifications preferred (Master Tech a plus)**

    + Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability

    + DOT Brake Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)

    + Valid driver's license; must meet DOT physical requirements

    + Ability to work independently during evening hours

    Preferred Experience

    + Vehicle diagnostics, electrical, AC, and fuel system work

    + Experience servicing delivery vans or fleet vehicles
