CHH offers personalized attention from an expert team of caregivers and physicians that utilize advanced technology and clinical partnerships in a convenient, safe and comfortable patient environment. *_Job summary:_* The Lead Radiologic Technologist is an advanced technical position that provides clinical expertise and education to the Radiology department, to ensure that a high quality service is delivered in support of the hospital’s strategic plan, and the functions according to the policies, procedures, philosophy, goals and objectives. The Lead Radiologic Technologist position is mainly 90-100% clinical and provides oversight for off-shifts. Our Lead Radiologic Technologists are expected to be Subject Matter Experts, assisting with onboarding and training of new hires, as well as coaching to our X-Ray staff. * Graduate from an accredited Radiography program * State of Connecticut Radiographer license * ARRT certification in Radiography * At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Technologist * Basic Life Support (BLS) We take great care of careers.
