+ Manage test plans to support tuning freezes and attribute assessments at all major milestones.

+ Manage off-site testing, scheduling objective testing w/ both internal (VEV) and external vendors (Roush, Cayman Dynamics, Morse Measurement, etc)

+ Complete and document all DVP and CDR reqs, including handling assessments for loaded, unloaded, and trailer tow conditions.

    You'll have...

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree or related field of study.

+ 3+ years of Vehicle Dynamics development experience as platform/attribute lead.

+ 3+ years of performance driving experience, inc. limit handling.

+ 3+ years of experience in chassis systems, Vdyn/NVH CAE or vehicle architecture.

+ 2+ experience in data acquisition/analysis (Motec, CANalyser, etc.).

+ Excellent communication and relationship skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving products and needs.

+ Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to requested schedules.

    + Passion for performance vehicles/racing.

    Even better, you may have...

+ Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree.

+ Experience in off-road chassis/shock design and tuning, including position sensitive dampers.

+ Knowledge of control system theory related to semi-active suspension systems, steering, brake controls or powertrain controls (any of these).

+ Extensive personal or professional on/off-road driving experience.
