    **Koniag Management Solutions,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Automation and Visualization Specialist experienced in Microsoft PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI to work remotely for our government customer at Fort Lee, VA.

    We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will excel at designing and orchestrating automated workflows, building intuitive low‑code applications, and streamlining business processes across the organization. This role also involves integrating solutions with Power BI to enable real‑time insights, data connections, and impactful visualizations. Success in this position requires deep technical expertise across the Power Platform and the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into efficient, scalable, and user‑friendly automated solutions.

    Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

    + Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps.

    + Build automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate.

    + Integrate PowerApps with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Synapse.

    + Customize forms, views, and business rules within the Power Platform.

    + Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards with data connections.

    + Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, project managers, and end users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

    + Create and maintain documentation, training, and support for end users.

    + Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Power Platform solutions.

    Education and Experience:

    Required:

    + Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

    + Ability to obtain a Public Trust.

    + 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

    + Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Teams integrations.

    + Proficiency in designing responsive UI/UX within PowerApps.

    + Experience with PowerBI integrations.

    + Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    + Understanding of process automation, workflow design, or RPA.
