**Location: Onsite -** Brownwood, TX

**Competitive Compensation:** Starting at $17.48 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.

**Shift Needed:** 5:00 am-5:30 pm on a 1st shift schedule.

This position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality bathroom products, including luxury bathtubs and toilets.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities:

+ Commit to working accident free.

+ Complete 5S activities within department to maintain safe working environment.

+ Visually inspect units for defects by performing basic quality checks.

+ Maintaining records, logging inspection results, and documenting nonconformance issues found.

+ Checking production documentation for accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures.

+ Testing and assisting with basic analysis as needed.

+ Communicating quality concerns to production staff and management.

+ Assisting with implementation of quality improvement projects and processes.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

+ Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.

+ Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

+ Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

+ High school diploma is desirable.

+ Ability to identify minor discrepancies and inconsistencies in products or processes.

+ Understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation requirements.

+ Ability to clearly report quality issues and concerns to relevant personnel.

+ Familiarity with data entry and quality management systems.

+ Ability to collaborate effectively with production staff and Quality Assurance team members.

+ Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 50 pounds or more.

+ Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

+ Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
