Responsibilities
+ Lead the design and development of user-friendly applications that deliver measurable impact.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that align with strategic goals and enhance user experience.
+ Drive innovation by introducing modern frameworks and best practices for scalable, maintainable applications.
+ Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
+ Ensure seamless integration of design and engineering for high-quality, interactive digital products.
Required Qualifications
+ 7+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering, frontend development, or creative technology.
+ Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5/CSS3, and modern frontend patterns.
+ Experience building interactive, data-rich applications and conducting user research.
+ Strong background in human-centered design and usability testing.
+ Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Git-based workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field.
+ Experience with data visualization tools such as d3.js and geospatial components.
+ Familiarity with creative technologies like Unity, Arduino, or Raspberry Pi.
+ Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 103,700 - 172,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
