The Paramount + photo department is looking for a Photo Intern to join the team in the New York office in Summer 2026. This role can also be based in the Los Angeles office. Reporting to the VP of Photography and Senior Photo Managers, this role will support the Paramount Streaming Photo team across a wide range of responsibilities. This role will work closely with the team to manage the photography across all aspects of the business. This role requires a person studying photography or closely related field at a university or college.
Key Duties and responsibilities
+ Assist Photo Leads with day to day responsibilities which cover a wide variety of tasks
+ Help maintain and manage the networks internal DAM database and archiving system
+ Help test and maintain photo equipment
+ Assist at red carpet events
+ Assist in house photographers at shoots for both Paramount+ and CBS
+ Update and maintain photographer database
+ Adhere to and maintain digital naming conventions, file management, metadata, andquality control.
+ Includes but not limited to transferring, renaming, attaching metadata, adjusting,backing up & uploading to our DAM Database, and archiving our digital photography.
+ Upload pre-air and post-air images to Paramount Press Express per show confirmingthey are live on the site with metadata attached.
+ Retouching and color correcting unit imagery
Requirements:
+ Studying photography or closely related field at a College or University
+ Loves photography
+ Willingness to learn and take direction
+ Wants to pursue a career in photography
+ Some knowledge of Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Bridge, Capture One
+ Basic photo retouching and color correction- extra bonus for advanced skills
+ Very detail oriented
+ Knowledge of photo equipment and lighting
+ Ability to work full time in the office
+ Some knowledge in Digital File Specs & sizes, formats as well Non-digital photo assets(negatives, slides, transparencies)
Eligibility:
+ Internships are available to students who will be Seniors or Masters students in the fall of 2026. If you are a graduating Senior, please check our website for full-time job opportunities.
+ You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
+ Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program. Note: Paramount does not provide financial relocation support or housing stipends.
+ Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional).
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis.
+ Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The hourly rate for this position is $20.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
