Overview and Responsibilities:
As Senior Director of Product, User Lifecycle, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for lifecycle experiences across Paramount+ and Pluto TV! This role is in charge of setting the strategic roadmap for our messaging and CRM platform. You'll be shaping cross-channel participation capabilities, and leading lifecycle initiatives that span acquisition, activation, commitment, retention, and win-back. Working closely with Marketing, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Design, and Operations, you will deliver scalable solutions and personalized experiences to strengthen subscriber participation and drive lifetime value.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
+ Set the vision and roadmap for lifecycle capabilities including in-app messaging, CRM journeys, cancel-save flows, and personalization experiences.
+ Lead end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements for our messaging and CRM platform aligned with the global streaming objectives.
+ Build detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; oversee usability testing and ensure high-quality launches.
+ Drive deep collaboration across Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Data to ensure lifecycle strategies are fully integrated with core product priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
+ Collaborate with analytics and experimentation teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests, validate hypotheses, and scale learnings.
+ Oversee integrations with tools such as Recurly Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Kochava, and SendGrid to enable advanced targeting and orchestration.
+ Establish governance for privacy, consent, and compliance including GDPR and COPPA. Ensure lifecycle features meet global standards.
+ Deliver clear updates on roadmap, KPIs, and business impact to senior leaders in recurring updates and quarterly readouts.
Basic Qualifications:
+ 10+ years in Product Management with at least five years leading lifecycle, CRM, or interaction products at scale.
+ Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
+ Demonstrated success leading acquisition, retention, and churn reduction in subscription businesses. Streaming experience strongly preferred.
+ Deep knowledge of messaging platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing technology.
+ Has a solid knowledge of data architecture and how it connects to martech systems, enabling effective product decisions, integration planning, and activation of customer data across platforms.
+ Hands-on expertise with MarTech platforms including Recurly Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Kochava and SendGrid.
+ Proficient technical fluency with ability to contribute to engineering discussions on architecture and scalability.
+ Exceptional communication and management skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment and deliver measurable outcomes.
Additional Qualifications:
+ Proven ability to design and execute lifecycle strategies for key entertainment launches, live sports tentpoles, flagship originals, and kids programming while ensuring compliance and privacy standards.
+ Extensive experience executing global product launches for mobile, web, HTML5, and connected TV ecosystems.
+ Deep expertise in subscription growth strategies, advanced involuntary churn mitigation solutions, and payments platform dependencies.
+ Solid knowledge of identity and consent management combined with hands-on experience in first-party data strategy and audience segmentation.
+ Strong knowledge of experimentation frameworks, analytics and KPI-driven optimization for lifecycle initiatives.
+ Ability to lead MarTech stack strategy and integrations to enable advanced targeting and deep personalization.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $205,000.00 - 250,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.This position is bonus eligible.
