_Our Jonestown Distribution Center plays a key role in delivering iconic VF Corporation brands to customers. We proudly support the distribution of Vans® and The North Face®, ensuring quality and speed from our state-of-the-art facility._

What will you do?

A day in the life of a **Operations Manager** at VF looks a little like this.

Manage activities of warehouse employees engaged in all distribution center activities including shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading trucks, picking, and packing products. Plan and attend to space and storage needs.

+ _Clearly and persuasively communicate complex information to diverse audiences, adapting communication style as appropriate._

+ _Objectively review and resolve challenging operational issues, securing cooperation and alignment across stakeholders._

+ _Demonstrate resourcefulness and cultural awareness to ensure effective messaging and collaboration in a multicultural environment._

+ _Analyze and synthesize complex data within your area of expertise to support informed, strategic decision-making._

+ _Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions._

+ _Develop innovative approaches based on limited information, leveraging experience and adapting existing processes when necessary._

+ _Exercise sound judgment to guide teams toward optimal courses of action with consideration for long-term impact._

+ _Provide strong leadership by directing the application of established principles and best practices to achieve operational excellence._

+ _Foster collaboration with peers and cross-functional departments to drive efficiency and shared success._

+ _Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and overall performance._

+ _Maintain a primary operational focus on picking and packing processes, ensuring quality standards and throughput goals are consistently met._

What do you need to succeed?

While formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in generally **4+ years of related experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.**

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

+ _Strong knowledge of principles and practices within supply chain or distribution operations._

+ _Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English;_ **_bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred._**

+ _Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)_

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

+ _Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field._

+ _Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as AS400, PKMS, and Manhattan._

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:

+ _Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as business needs require._

+ _Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and lead teams effectively._

Hiring Range** **:

$86,400.00 USD - $108,000.00 USD annually

**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
