    Your role and responsibilities

    IBM is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Product Management Lead for its iPaaS and API Management portfolio, responsible for defining and executing go-to-market motions and enablement across hybrid integration, APIs, event-driven architectures, and AI-enabled integration capabilities. You will be the market-facing voice of the portfolio, driving adoption, influencing pipeline, and ensuring our platform is positioned as an industry leader.

     

    This role acts as a domain expert embedded within the Product organization, driving GTM and Enablement strategy across iPaaS and API management portfolio

     

    You will operate at the intersection of Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Analyst Relations, joining complex enterprise sales cycles, shaping market-facing narratives, and ensuring IBM’s roadmap and GTM motions stay tightly aligned to real customer patterns.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Field & Partner Enablement

    * Create, deliver, support and scale Go-To-Market (GTM) Campaigns, strategic sales-facing content, battle cards, win wires

    * Collaborate with Ecosystem teams on partner-led GTM motions (ISVs, GSIs, VARs, Hyperscalers, Marketplace)

    * Support Sales leadership on pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and competitive wins

    * Product Launch & Execution

    * Lead product launches, working with Product and PPM on defining and delivering value propositions, sales plays, enablement assets, and field readiness

    * Drive adoption, and expansion outcomes post-launch

    * GTM Strategy & Positioning

    * Collaborate with PMM, Technical Product Management teams on overall GTM strategy for iPaaS and API Management offerings across hybrid, multi-cloud, and AI use cases

    * Advise stakeholders on market positioning, messaging, and segmentation

    * Advise on AI-ready and agentic integration narratives and drive Thought Leadership

    * Act as a feedback conduit from customers and field teams on GTM to inform product strategy and improve adoption

    * Analyst & Market Influence

    * Partner with PM/Analyst Relations to shape Gartner, Forrester, IDC narratives

    * Use market insight to inform roadmap feedback and GTM adjustments

    * Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence

    * Act as the voice of the market across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales

    * Create blogs, presentations, and thought leadership content showcasing innovation

    * Mentor and scale GTM PM talent across regions

    * Drive alignment across IBM Integration, Automation, AI and other IBM portfolios

    * You will be the market-facing voice of Employee Experience, driving adoption, influencing pipeline, and ensuring our solutions are positioned as the industry leader

    * This role requires strong collaboration with inbound product managers, marketing, sales, partners, and enablement teams to craft compelling narratives, deliver impactful launches, and empower the field to win

    * Lead GTM Strategy: Define and execute outbound product strategy for Employee Experience offerings, including messaging, positioning, and launch plans

    * Market Evangelism: Represent ServiceNow at customer meetings, executive briefings, analyst sessions, and industry events

    * Sales & Partner Enablement: Build and deliver enablement programs, tools, and content that help sales teams and partners articulate value and close deals

    * Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitors, and analyst insights to refine positioning and identify differentiation opportunities

    Adoption Leadership:

    * Develop and execute adoption programs to ensure customers realize value from Employee Experience products

    * Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services to create onboarding and best-practice frameworks

    * Drive customer engagement through webinars, success stories, and advocacy programs

    * Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with inbound PMs on roadmap alignment and with marketing on campaigns and demand generation

    * Customer & Field Feedback: Act as a feedback conduit from customers and field teams to inform product strategy and improve adoption

    * Thought Leadership: Create blogs, presentations, and thought leadership content showcasing innovation in Employee Experience

    Required technical and professional expertise

    * Proven track record of success in Product Management, GTM Product Management, or Product Marketing within enterprise B2B software

    * Deep expertise in iPaaS, API Management, integration middleware, or event-driven architectures

    * Familiar with competitive landscape and trends in the industry

    * Background in customer-facing situations, able to support deals, help improve processes as needed

    * Exceptional storytelling, executive communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence across senior stakeholders.

    * Track record of influencing product and GTM strategy without direct authority

    * Comfortable traveling domestically & internationally for meetings based on business need

    Preferred technical and professional experience

    * Experience with both Technical and GTM Product Management positions

    * Experience with Partner-led and Marketplace GTMs

    * Previous experience working with Domain Industry Analysts
