About the Role
In this role, you will join our newly modernized **Know My Identity (KMI)** product platform team, focused on building and scaling core compliance **Customer Identification Program (CIP)** capabilities of **Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB), and Customer Due Diligence (CCD)** . You will help shape the next generation of identity and **Anti-Money Laundry (AML)** verification services that power all new account onboarding experiences across products and markets.
Partnering closely with product, engineering, compliance, risk, analytics, and UX teams, you will help deliver scalable, accurate, and customer-centric identity verification solutions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to foundational capabilities from the ground up and directly shape how we protect our customers and our company.

What You Will Do
+ Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring day-to-day prioritization reflects business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
+ Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for identity verification and AML capabilities.
+ Partner with engineering to ensure stories are understood, delivered, and meet quality standards.
+ Monitor and measure product performance, ensuring capabilities achieve intended outcomes and identifying opportunities for optimization.
+ Support Agile delivery through PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other ceremonies.
+ Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate feature requirements into actionable user stories, measurable outcomes, and implementation plans.
+ Work across adjacent product teams to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive end-to-end identity and AML experience.
+ Maintain a healthy, well-groomed backlog with clearly defined ready-for-execution stories
+ Proactively manage sprint and backlog hygiene—anticipating delivery challenges, surfacing risks early, and providing timely status updates to keep partners aligned.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Product analyst experience within an Agile-Scrum environment.
+ Proven ability to execute against a product vision, strategy, and a prioritized backlog.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to simplify complex ideas, navigate cross-functional environments, influence decisions, and drive shared outcomes.
+ Strong relationship management skills across business units and key functional areas.
+ Ability to self-start, operate in ambiguity, and work independently.
+ Balanced technical fluency and business acumen.
+ Ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
+ Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and openly share knowledge and experiences with the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Product experience within the SAFe Agile environment.
+ Experience reviewing and refining discovery outcomes for new products or enhancements.
+ Experience in a regulated environment with knowledge of compliance, controls, data governance, and integrity processes.
+ Platform and data product experience.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
